A leading construction company based in NYC is looking for a fulltime Office Manager & Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities & experience include:
- Invoicing / AIA Requestions.
- Job Costing/Coding.
- Vendor/Subcontractor Payments.
- Payroll Admin.
- Admin of subcontractor documents – W9‘s, lien waivers, change orders, subcontracts, insurances.
- General office management.
- Assisting owner, project managers & office team.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office & QuickBooks.
- Execute Tax Exempt Certificates.
- Experience working with a construction company in NYC.
- Attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Salary will start at $60k minimum and can be negotiated based on experience (plus benefits, vacation time etc.).
