Location – Midtown NYC, In-Office 3 days/week, Work from Home 2 days/week
Description:
The Conference Forum is a boutique industry research firm that specializes in developing first in class conferences for the life science and medicine development industry. They also produce podcasts and webinars as well as publish over 100 articles/interviews per year. They are seeking a Graphic Commercial Digital Design Associate to join their marketing team to be responsible for the following: 
  • Uploading copy to the company website while providing quality checks on the appearance of the site and maintenance
  • Provide the design, layout and formatting of materials that integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements
  • Prepare high-quality images that will be added to a variety of marketing projects, which could include printed brochures, presentations, and web/mobile site elements
  • Work alongside Marketing, Business Development, Meeting Planning and Production to create event ads and other digital materials for industry publications and newsletters
Requirements:
A completed bachelor’s degree in a directly related field in Graphic Design
Strong graphic design abilities
Knowledge of brand communication and digital marketing
Adobe Creative Suite experience desired
Experience and understanding of design software applications and tools
Compensation:
The compensation is $24.00 an hour plus the coverage of a monthly metro commute card.
