Hi! My name is Molly (24 years old female) and I currently have a 3 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment on 234th St close to Webster Ave.

I occupy one room but was looking to rent out the other two rooms:

$1,000 for the larger room (comes with two closets)

$800 for the smaller room (1 large closet).

Both rooms are spacious and have beds/ furniture already.

Very move in ready. Utilities are included and laundry is in the basement, coin operated.

There is a good amount of street parking available. I have no gender preference for roommates but was hoping for roommates around my age.
